Masked Marauder Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 Have you checked the bulbs? Does it only happen when the side/headlights are on? Quote
AEG Posted February 5, 2006 Author Report Posted February 5, 2006 There was a single filament bulb which we changed to the correct 2 filament type a few months ago when the problem started. If we turn the lights off the brake lights work normally again. We have to switch engine off for a few minutes to have working brake lights & headlights. Quote
Masked Marauder Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 Check that both of the stop/tail lights are OK and don't have a filament hanging loose. Quote

Remove the rear bulb and see if the others go out. If so then the rear bulb was not fitted correctly or is faulty. Quote
AEG Posted February 6, 2006 Author Report Posted February 6, 2006 I've just replaced brake, rear lights and rear indicator bulbs on both sides. Should find out on Saturday if successful. Thanks for your suggestions. Quote
